KDJ Services Founder & CEO Kimberly D. Lumpkin boasts a career in public service that spans three decades. With a proven record of professionalism, leadership and problem-solving, Mrs. Lumpkin brings an extensive amount of experience working with federal and state agencies, with a specialized focus in the areas of program management and administration.

Her previous roles have included Intelligence Specialist, Management Analyst, and U.S. Postal Carrier for various state, local and federal government entities including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, BCA Consulting, the Ohio Department of Youth Services, the United States Air Force, and the United States Postal Service.
